Zones

Hi my name is Roman and I’m going to tell you about the zones. The zone you mostly want to be in is the green zone. Now I am going to tell you how you can get in the green zone. You could think happy thoughts and take deep breaths, you could even use positive self-talk, you could give calm reminders and just keep trying your best! You should not be in the red zone. To get out of the red zone do the things to help you get in the green zone. There are 4 different zones: green, red, blue, and yellow. There are so many ways to get out of the red zone and to get in the green zone. Blue zone is like when your hurt, shy, sick, nervous and relaxed. Still you do not want to be in it you want to be in the green zone. If your in the yellow zone your embarrassed and jealous, overwhelmed, grouchy and crabby, annoyed, uncomfortable, anxious and worried. Its a lot right. And now I am going to tell you how to get out of the yellow zone.To move spots you could take a walk around the school, you could take a gulp of water, you could read the room and talk to a friend, take a break from everybody and read a book. Our whole class made a packet of all the zones and how to get out and how to get in. We’ve been talking a lot about the zones and my teacher Ms. Sprague has been teaching us a lot about the zones. Maybe when you’re at home you could make your own packet of red zone, yellow zone, green zone, and blue zone and how to get in them and how to get out of them.
