Welcome to 3Sp! Last week we read an article about Ocean One she is an underwater diver she Has some cool stuff that helps scientist learn about the deep ocean. It can go over 300 feet down! Instead of having legs it has propellers to help it move faster in the water. Scientists control the robot with joysticks. Ocean1 is about five feet long. It has video camera eyes on its head! Last week we got to design our own robots! We got to name it and make three special features we used to support a problem that's in the real world. For an example, I know that one of the problems is going mining. Instead of people getting hurt from the hot resources or they could even die, my robot would go mining instead. We all enjoyed and had extra fun this week in 3Sp. Hopefully you learned about what we did this week.
